The main stable block at Cortijo Picante consists of 14 stables around a well-sheltered and shaded courtyard. There are an additional 5 stables nearer to the house along an avenue of palms. At the cortijo there is also ample space for the erection of temporary stables upon request.
Both stable blocks have tack rooms and washdown areas. In the case of the main stable block there is also a 3-roomed flat that can be made available if required. All the stables in the main two blocks have automatic watering and mangers.
There is a sand exercise track around an arena that can be used for schooling. The exercise track easily accommodates five horses abreast.
Close to the property there is a national park with many miles of sand tracks suitable for relaxed hacks in the spectacular countryside.
